Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. We will do our best to process all orders within these time frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods. Once an order has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery. For international orders, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

The company will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address. Please make sure you provide a physical address as we do not ship to PO boxes. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a confirmation email.

International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping.

If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.

Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been made.

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. If you order an item that is marked as large or oversize item, a delivery surcharge will apply. Our delivery methods include USPS and UPS ground (delivery in approximately 3-5 business days).

 

Free SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all US orders $75+.

Note: Some items may not qualify for free shipping and will be noted in the items description.

 

Returns

We hope you love your online purchases, however, if you change your mind, we offer refunds if the merchandise:

  • Is requested for return within 14 days of order delivery

  • Has not been used or worn

  • Is not soiled or damaged

  • Has original packaging and tags

  • Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) has been issued

If the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when returning a product:

  • Contact support@hyperexist.com to request approval and an authorization number. Please explain the reason for the return, request a refund, reference your order number, and include photos to show the items are in a new, resealable condition. If you are claiming a faulty item, please send detailed photos of the faulty area to support your claim. We do our best to review and process return requests the same day it is requested.

  • Once the return has been authorized you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please ship the product in its original packaging along with the RMA number within 7 days of receiving approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Packages received after this period or without an RMA number will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit. 

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the refund. Refunds are typically credited to an account within 7 days, depending on your bank/credit card vendor’s process. Please note that Hyperexist is not responsible for transit/shipping costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless a product has a fault. 

Store credits are not currently available. We are working on adding this feature soon. We do not currently offer exchanges on any items. 

Please Note: Shipping costs, sale items, certain items marked as non-refundable in the product description (like stickers), and gift certificates are non-refundable.
