Hanging and Smoothing Options
Lay the canvas down on a flat clean surface. For a minimal wrinkle look: for small wrinkles, smooth by hand and for heavier wrinkles, place a cotton fabric on top of the canvas and iron with a low to medium heat setting without steam. Due to the nature of raw canvas, there still may be wrinkles even after smoothing out. Depending on the theme you are going for; finishing nails, hooks, or screws can be used to hang the canvas from either the rope or directly from the grommets.
If you would like the canvas to lay flat against the wall, we recommend using a double sided adhesive tape like Gorilla Double Sided Mounting Tape Gorilla or Scotch 3M Double Sided Mounting Tape 3M.
Care
Dust as needed. Do not wash. Avoid liquid. As part of the raw aesthetic design, the canvas will age and create a vintage look over the life of the pot cover.
